Job Description

The bagger operator will be responsible for packaging finished products according to company specifications to ensure quality and efficiency in our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

  • Operate bagging machinery to package finished products accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect products for quality defects and ensure proper packaging.
  • Weigh and label bags or containers as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing preferred but not required.
  • Ability to operate bagging machinery and other equipment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in packaging and labeling.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Basic math and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
