Job Description

This general maintenance position is responsible for repairing plating processing equipment and many other preventative maintenance functions throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks such as; greasing, changing filters, repairing or replacing and monitoring manufacturing equipment.
  • Repair hoist, pump & motor, pneumatic, electrical, and plumbing as needed.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Management in order to support production requirements.

Requirements

  • One to three years experience in maintenance.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willing to modify work hours with short notice.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work unsupervised and prioritize workload.
  • Hi-lo license or ability to obtain one.
  • Able to lift 80 lbs. periodically.
  • Able to climb stairs, work at heights, and in confined spaces.
  • Able to reach, including overhead reaching.
  • Able to stand for an entire shift.
  • Able to work with strong chemicals.
