Job Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee relations concerns and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role involves managing employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and administering benefits, ensuring that all HR functions are conducted in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Shift/Hours: Full-time

Pay: $25-30/hr

Responsibilities

  • Support employee relations, including addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR Generalist or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
