Quality Lab Technician

The Quality Lab Technician will collect samples from production lines, test, monitor, inspect, and verify product/packaging quality and environmental conditions in process areas.

• Collect and test samples from production lines
• Operate and calibrate equipment, including metal detectors, pH meters, thermometers, scales, oil meters, moisture analyzers, dichromats, and seal tanks
• Record and maintain accurate data in a timely manner

• 1 year of related experience in food processing
• Strong understanding of food safety requirements and GMPs
• General knowledge of operation and calibration of key equipment
